  •  Today Russia celebrates the Day of the Russian Navy. In honour of this holiday, numerous solemn events and parades were held across the country and abroad, including the Main Naval Parade in Saint Petersburg, as well as in Vladivostok, Severomorsk, and in Tartus (Syria).
  • Russian State Secretary Deputy Minister of Defence Nikolai Pankov unveiled a bas-relief dedicated to the victory of the Russian Fleet in the siege of Corfu.
  • On the morning of 30 July, an attempt by the Kiev regime to launch a terrorist attack by UAVs in Moscow was foiled.
  • Last night, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack by 25 aircraft type UAVs on the territory of the Crimean peninsula was foiled. 
  • Fighter Aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces has shot down 1 Mi-8 helicopter of Ukrainian Air Force near Vozdvizhenka.
  • 1 retraining centre and a storage, maintenance and repair point of AFU drones have been destroyed.

  • The Russian Defence Ministry shows Ka-52 helicopter in Zaporozhye and South Donetsk directions,  Giatsint-B howitzer in action within the special military operation.

  The  AN/SEQ-3 Laser Weapon System  or  XN-1 LaWS [1]  is a  laser weapon  developed by the  United States Navy . The weapon was installed on  USS  Ponce  for field testing in 2014. In December 2014, the United States Navy reported that the LaWS system worked perfectly against low-end  asymmetric  threats, and that the commander of  Ponce  was authorized to use the system as a defensive weapon. The LaWS is a ship-defense system that has so far publicly engaged an  unmanned aerial vehicle  (UAV or drone) and a simulated small-boat attacker. The   M270 Multiple Launch Rocket System   ( M270 MLRS ) is an American   armored ,   self-propelled ,   multiple rocket launcher . The first M270s were delivered to the  U.S. Army  in 1983. The MLRS has since been adopted by several  NATO countries . Some 1,300 M270 systems have been manufactured in the United States and in Western Europe, along with more than 700,000  rockets . Production of the M270 ended in 2003, when a last batch was delivered to the  Egyptian Army .
